There was a 'Battle of the Bands' at the old Paisley Ice Rink, in May 1964.
With Beatlemania sweeping the nation, every teenage boy wanted to get in on the act, and these young Buddies were no different.
Although many Sixties bands went for a novelty look, I can't see the top hat and fez thing taking off!
That said, these Mad Hatters are having quite the tea party.
